Portraits - Dance, Personal and Family Portraits can be done on location, in a studio, theatre or the comfort of your own home.
They can be shot with natural light or flash depending on the desired effect. As these variables affect the overall price, it is best to contact the photographer with details on your requirements in order to receive a quote.
Dance Portraits: Rowena specializes in dance photography and aims to capture the grace and movement of dance. Photographing with the appropriate lighting equipment enables Rowena to freeze motion in mid-air and provide clear crisp images.
Family Portraits: Family portraits are best shot in your natural environment where the children are comfortable as it shows in their expressions. Natural landscapes make stunning backdrops and offer soft light. Rowena aims to capture the individual personalities of the family members and catch those special moments.
Pregnancy Portraits: These can be shot in the comfort of your own home or with nature as a backdrop.
Couple Portraits: Rowena prefers to shoot couple portraits at your chosen location in an environment you are comfortable in. However, studio style photography is also an option if that is the desired style.
Personal Portraits: Rowena aims to capture the uniqueness of who you are, while making you look your best. Both natural and artificial light are options. Live Performance: Rowena has a great deal of experience photographing live dance and theatre performances, capturing stunning images even in low lighting situations.

Dance School Shows: There is no cost to the dance school to have the show covered, providing a minimum number of Internet sales is reached. Please inquire for more details and to make a booking.
